Eugene Borukhovich currently holds a position of VP & CIO of International at a Fortune 50 Pharmacy Benefit Management company. He is also the founder and a community organizer of the New York Healthcare Technology Organization (Health 2.0 NYC Chapter). From Jan, 2009 through Feb, 2010, Eugene was a partner in a healthcare startup, HealthWorldWeb, which was sold to Healthgrades in the summer of 2010. Prior to that, he spent time as a Director of Infrastructure at Cybuy LLC, an innovative startup in the iTV commerce. He also co-founded an e-commerce site in late 90’s. Eugene Borukhovich holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Rutgers University as well as a Finance degree from Rutgers Executive MBA program.
